ABOUT

Crystal Hayes Hill (now Fields)

Crystal Hayes Fields is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Cornell Law School. She is a zealous advocate for those involved in custody and child support disputes and a firm believer in co-parenting as she has two children from a previous marriage. She also has a passion for assisting those in probate, conservatorships and trust litigation as she has witnessed family legacies fail and the depletion of generational wealth because of poor representation during the probate process. She helps families avoid this. She is also an estate planning attorney and a member of Wealth Counsel. Ms. Fields started out as a law clerk at a large firm in the litigation department. After having her first child she joined a smaller firm that handled only Probate. She later opened her own law office in Beverly Hills where she focused on probate litigation and general civil matters. After extensive experience in the area of probate, trusts, conservatorships and guardianships, she joined the Court to assist in managing their Probate Clinic and began working in the area of Family Law. She became a Supervising Family Law Court Attorney for Los Angeles County’s Self Help Center. She trained paralegals and Justice Corps Fellows in the area of divorce, custody and visitation. She currently is an adjunct professor for Loyola Law School. She has been an attorney for over 18 years. Ms. Fields’ clients rave about her representation and she has received numerous awards for her results and client satisfaction.
